Corporate Training Solutions
Simplify the process of getting your employees trained with our corporate training solutions, which includes pre-paid codes and corporate accounts. We provide training to all types of groups, including national corporations, small local establishments, and citywide festival and event organizers. If you have multiple employees to train, we have a solution for you.
Pre-Paid Codes
Pre-paid codes allow your organization to purchase online training course codes/vouchers in advance.
You will be issued one-time use code(s) that your employee will use to enroll for their course(s).
Pre-paid codes can be purchased in any quantity and are valid for 12 months.
Upon initial purchase, an account will be created for you.
Through your easy-to-use Pre-Paid Code Purchaser Account, you can:
- Email your employee their training code - the email includes step-by-step instructions
- Easily track code usage
- View and download completion certificates
- Re-order additional training codes from within your account
- Easily sort and filter all trainings
First Time Users:
If you would like to order pre-paid codes, simply click the Purchase Prepaid Codes button. After your purchase is approved, we will email your pre-paid codes, receipt, and registration instructions to you the same business day. Any orders received after 5:30 PM CST will be sent the following business morning.
Returning Purchasers:
If you have previously ordered Pre-paid codes, click Purchase Additional Codes and log in to your account.
After you have logged into your account, go to the Pre-Paid Code tab. Click the blue Buy More Codes button in the upper right corner.
Corporate Accounts
With a corporate account, your organization is assigned a special registration code that your employees use to enroll for courses. At the end of the month, you are billed for the number of courses purchased with your organization's code. A detailed report showing all activity in your account is included with your invoice.

Customized Learning
Course Customization
Many of the courses in our course catalog can be customized to meet the additional training requirements of your organization.
We can also convert or create customer courses for use in our Virtual Learning Portal (VLP) or your own LMS.
ANSI Accredited courses cannot be customized.

For large organizations, we offer a custom learning portal that is set up to meet your specific certification needs. With a private learning portal, you can enjoy the following featured options:

SCORM Integration with Your LMS
Using SCORM.com's proprietary dispatch process, Diversys can integrate any of our courses directly with your Learning Management System.
